Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days of purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank and credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Returns (if applicable)

In the case of a return, items must be shipped to: 5777 Soestern Court, Chino, California, US 91710.

You, the customer, are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Wheel Shop Terms and Policy

Two-piece wheels purchased through the custom wheel shop are built to order and non-refundable. These wheels cannot be exchanged and returns are only acceptable if defective or damaged. There is a 6 - 8 week lead time to build the wheels. Full payment is required at time of purchase.
